• Come as you are. Grow into who you want to be.

No matter where you are in life, therapy offers a safe and supportive space to be fully yourself while gaining the tools to move toward the future you envision.

  • You don’t have to do this alone. Together, we’ll find a path forward.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, but healing doesn’t have to happen in isolation. With compassion and guidance, we’ll explore challenges and uncover your strengths to create meaningful change.

  • Clarity. Compassion. Confidence. Therapy and testing designed for your growth.

Through therapy and psychological testing, you can gain clarity about your experiences, discover practical strategies for daily life, and build confidence in your ability to thrive.

FAQs

  • Yes! I accept Aetna, United, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna.

  • I accept all major credit cards, HSA’s (Health Savings Account), FSA’s (Flexible Savings Account), and Care Credit.

CareCredit is a healthcare credit card that helps make mental health, medical, dental, and other wellness services more affordable. It allows you to pay for services upfront and then pay off the balance over time with flexible monthly payment options. Many clients find it helpful for managing the cost of therapy or psychological testing when they prefer not to pay in full at the time of service.

  • I understand that life happens, and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show so that I can protect the time set aside for you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping sessions consistent and productive.

  • Your first appointment will be an intake session, which is focused on getting to know you and understanding your unique needs. During this time, we’ll talk about your background, current concerns, and goals for therapy or evaluation. I may ask about your personal history, daily experiences, and any challenges you’ve been facing, as well as the strengths and supports you already have.

The intake session is also a chance for you to ask questions, share what you’re hoping to gain, and get comfortable with the process. If we are beginning an evaluation, I’ll also explain what testing will look like and which areas we’ll be focusing on. If we are starting therapy, we’ll discuss how sessions typically work and outline your treatment goals together.

Overall, the first session is less about jumping straight into problem-solving and more about building a foundation of trust and understanding, so we can move forward in a way that feels supportive and meaningful for you.

  • The first step is to complete the contact form on my website. Once your form is submitted, I’ll reach out within 24–48 hours to schedule a brief phone consultation. During this call, we’ll discuss your current concerns, answer any questions you may have, and decide together whether moving forward with therapy or an evaluation feels like the right fit.
